Common questions

My streak is wrong or reset unexpectedly

Streaks are calculated from your sobriety start date in your device's time zone. If you recently traveled across time zones or changed your device clock, open Settings → Sobriety start date and confirm the date is correct. If it still looks wrong, email us with a screenshot.

I'm not receiving reminders

Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Sobbr) and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing them. Inside Sobbr, confirm the reminder is toggled on and the time is set.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Sign in to your phone with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to purchase, install Sobbr, then open Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases.

How do I manage, cancel, or get a refund for my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancellations and refunds are handled there:

Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via sobbr.app/account-deletion. Deletion is permanent.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the link sent to your email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

How do I exercise my privacy rights (GDPR / CCPA)?

Email support@sobbr.app with the request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights and response timeframes.

I want to report a bug or suggest a feature

Email us with steps to reproduce (for bugs) or a short description of the workflow you wish existed (for feature requests). Screenshots help a lot.

Security or vulnerability report

If you believe you've found a security issue, please email support@sobbr.app with details. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we've had a chance to investigate and respond.
